I've managed delinquent-loan portfolios in loss mitigation and processed purchase and refinance mortgages at Fifth Third Bank, Virginia Housing Authority, SunTrust Mortgage, Prosperity Home Mortgage, and Bank of America. My work has included underwriting-condition clearance, appraisal and title review, closing coordination, collateral protection insurance, collections support, and borrower communication.
