I’m a Maintenance Technician who keeps properties running smoothly through hands-on upkeep of grounds and apartment units. I take pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to support day-to-day operations.

Before maintenance, I built strong operational experience in inventory and fulfillment—assisting with inventory recordings, merchandise picking and placement, and working as a Forklift Driver to manage inventory while moving product. I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments where accuracy and speed matter.

I also bring customer-focused strengths from customer care roles, where I captured sales, entered orders into SAP, and maintained “world class customer relations” using listening skills and the ability to support customer needs. I enjoy solving problems and communicating clearly to ensure customers feel taken care of.

My background also includes vehicle detailing and refurbishing, including cleaning and restoring interiors and exteriors, applying wax, and performing paint touch-up, plus experience with loading/unloading and construction support. I’m looking to bring this mix of maintenance, process, and service to a team that values quality work.
