I’m seeking a hands-on facilities or maintenance role on a safety-focused team with opportunities for cross-training in logistics, restoration, or supervisory growth.

I am a military-trained Automated Logistics Specialist with hands-on experience in maintenance and facilities work. I hold a NYS Enhanced Class D license and have applied logistics discipline across public parks, hotels, and restoration projects.

In my current role as a Maintenance Associate I address patron questions, manage inventory and restroom supplies, remove graffiti with power washing and chemical solvents, and perform minor repairs to keep parks safe. I also clear walkways, collect refuse, and maintain playground safety.

Previously, I worked in hospitality as an Engineer and Houseman where I managed floor care, repaired light fixtures and plumbing, and handled equipment and chemicals with caution. As a Bar Manager, I negotiated supplier contracts, managed budgets, maintained licensing, and enforced quality and safety controls.

I have performed general labor tasks in concrete reinforcement and disaster restoration, helping homeowners recover from fires and floods through cleanup, sanitization, and material replacement.
