What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an AI training/evaluation role where language quality and factual accuracy matter. I want to optimize prompts, assess tone and clarity, and help teams produce reliable, usable outputs—while working independently in a high-responsibility environment.

I’m an AI Trainer & Senior Communication Specialist with 15+ years of experience in media, healthcare, and public sector communication. Over the past 2 years, I’ve been actively working with AI tools to improve AI-generated content through content evaluation, prompt optimization, and quality gains you can measure in real outputs. I bring strong linguistic precision, analytical thinking, and editorial judgment rooted in my journalism and PR background.

In my current freelance role, I evaluate and improve AI-generated content (tone, accuracy, structure), design and refine prompts, and detect inconsistencies, bias, and errors—including identifying hallucinations. I also bring deep communication leadership experience, including crisis communication for healthcare facilities and managing high-accuracy, highly specialized medical messaging, plus leading a team of 10 communication professionals for large-scale campaigns. I’m known for language quality assessment across CZ/SK/EN and for turning complex information into clear, trustworthy communication.
