What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue contributing to HR, internal support, recruitment, and staff-development work in an international environment, using my coordination, policy research, communication, and organisational skills.

I'm currently supporting HR operations and internal support at the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) in Lisbon, including recruitment calls, conflict-of-interest reviews, interview organisation, and traineeship programme coordination.

I manage practical support for missions, visits, and inspections involving Member States and other areas of interest. I also handle reimbursements, claims, and payments.

At EMSA, I've contributed to staff-focused initiatives including well@emsa, greening@emsa, pride@emsa, and Woman in maritime@emsa, while supporting internal communications for the Head of Department.

My earlier experience includes policy analysis at NRDC-ITA, with research on crisis response, PMESII analysis, and the Sahel, as well as editing scientific articles in English at Verduci Editore Srl.
