What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a junior opportunity where I can build on my previous experience in HR and Recruitment, while remaining open to roles in other areas where I can use my communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, learn new things, and grow within an international and collaborative environment.

I completed a post-graduate traineeship in Human Resources at Michelin's Turin Plant, contributing across recruitment and selection, assessment centers, training and development, DEI, internal communication, employee engagement, organizational dynamics, and HR administration.

I've earned a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology with 110/110 cum laude and completed an Erasmus program in Human Resources Management in Portugal. I'm continuing my international education with a Master's degree in Psychology in Business and Economics at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
