What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build a Human Resources career supporting onboarding, employee relations, compliance documentation, and cross-cultural stakeholder communication.

At John Cabot University in Rome, I advise more than 800 international students per semester on visa procedures, legal support, residence permits, and registration. I coordinate documentation and compliance with Italian government agencies while handling confidential personal and financial data.

I'm pursuing a BA in Psychological Science with minors in Legal Studies and Sociology, and I'm building a Human Resources career through onboarding support, stakeholder communication, data management, and cross-cultural collaboration in Spanish, English, and Italian.
