I am a GTM leader and legal executive with deep experience scaling Web3 companies through strategic partnerships, regulatory navigation, and international expansion. I combine legal expertise with operational leadership to help projects grow responsibly and sustainably.

As Director of Business Development at ENS Labs, I built the BD function and led growth marketing, securing landmark partnerships and integrations with major Web2 and Web3 players and guiding L2 strategy. I have advised top-tier infrastructure and DeFi projects on market positioning, fundraising, token generation events, and go-to-market strategy.

Earlier, I supported corporate structuring, governance, regulation, licensing, and tokenomics as an early member of a tier-1 European VC's web3 legal team, and I led international expansion initiatives for German SMEs and inbound market entry efforts. I have also contributed to publications on crypto taxation and spoken at major industry conferences.
