I designed and deployed a Bitrix24 HR operating model with 20+ CRM entities and automated workflows, delivering full recruitment operations coverage in three weeks.
I also developed the strategy and launch materials for AXIS Group Holding, consolidating business units under one brand and preparing commercial proposals and presentations for B2B clients and partners. For the НАОРТ project, I designed an association governance model and a concept for a five-module Unified Digital Employment Platform.
At Action, including absorbed agencies Leader Team and NMT, I managed merchandising and operational projects across five regions, coordinating teams of up to 500 field staff. Budget optimization and process improvements increased gross profit by 7%, while retention and onboarding programs kept staff turnover below 3%.
