I am a records retrieval specialist who procures medical documents and records about a patient’s health care. I collect medical records from health care providers, such as a physician’s office or hospital, and then perform data entry services to place the relevant information in a secure database.

I ensure secure remote access for health care providers, billing departments, and workers processing an insurance claim. Throughout every request, I make sure it follows health privacy regulations and HIPAA requirements.

I’ve worked as a Records Retrieval Specialist from January 15, 2020 to September 20, 2022, and I take pride in consistent performance and recognition. My results include “Top 10 RRS First Quarter 2025,” “Top 1 RRS Third Quarter 2025,” and “Top 8 RRS First Quarter 2026.”

I bring a customer service mindset, strong teamwork, and a focus on accurate database system handling. I’ve also completed BS Hotel and Restaurant Management at University of Mindanao Tagum College, Philippines, and I continue building a service-first approach to healthcare records work.
