What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a network engineering role where I can monitor and troubleshoot voice/data networks, handle trouble tickets quickly, and use Cisco/Juniper expertise to keep services reliable and customers supported.

I’m a Network Engineer who has supported and improved voice and data network operations for years, from customer turn-ups to day-to-day incident handling. I’ve designed and integrated phone lines for Stock Brokers and monitored the IPC Global network while answering trouble tickets.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Network Engineer/Subject Matter Expert, completing customers’ turn up of AT&T service. I configured voice and data networks, tested Cisco router series (28XX, 29XX, 38XX), and maintained a disciplined environment for troubleshooting, filing, and archiving.

I specialize in voice network building blocks like dial-peers and PRI/CAS interfacing, including configuring controller cards to interface with PRI cards and PBX equipment via D channel. I debugged equipment using SIP or D-channel commands and Agilent traces, and I also bring strong Tier II support experience—guiding customers through VOIP setup and resolving connectivity and call-quality issues.
