I'm looking to lead product engineering organizations where I can scale delivery, develop engineering leaders, modernize cloud platforms, and apply AI responsibly to build resilient, business-critical products.

I've led engineering organizations at Pluralsight and Spectrum Health, building delivery systems and digital products that serve critical business and clinical needs.

At Pluralsight, I standardized the Product Delivery Lifecycle across three SaaS business units and 50+ cross-functional teams. I mentored 30+ Engineering Directors, enabled GitHub Copilot for 250+ engineers, and reduced onboarding time by 40%.

At Spectrum Health, I directed a 45+ engineer organization and launched MedNow, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform serving 1.5K+ daily active users. During the pandemic, I mobilized a 30+ engineer surge team to deliver a vaccination registration platform in under 14 days that supported 231,000 administered doses.
