I’ve led engineering organizations at Skillable, including a 30-person group spanning software engineering, DevOps, QA, and UX across a hybrid Azure and on-premises environment.
I redesigned incident response processes to improve issue ownership and reduce response and resolution times, without losing focus on the committed roadmap.
Beyond process, I built internal tooling—like an internal deployment-tracking application—and created multiple internal applications using AI-assisted engineering, including KPI tracking for QBRs and a federated front-end intranet.
Before that, I directed platform and workflow projects on an AWS-based, cloud-native Node/React and C# stack, coached engineers through promotions and performance grants, and helped guide teams through a platform migration for a strategic $15M ARR customer.
