I’m looking to lead coffee and hospitality teams where education, operational excellence, and producer-first sourcing shape great products—while I drive sales, training, and product development.

I’m a people-focused coffee and hospitality leader dedicated to elevating hospitality and honoring producers at every step of the coffee chain. I thrive where connection, education, and operational excellence come together to bring guests closer to coffee—its history, farmers, and craft.

As Director of Coffee at Roy Coffee Co., I support the launch and growth of a family-built coffee company sourcing from unconventional origins. I build relationships across exporters, producers, and supply-chain partners while developing custom blends and overseeing sample roasting & full-batch production, plus packaging concepts and wholesale marketing assets.

Previously, as a Hospitality Supervisor at SpaceX, I led a team of 17 baristas across four manual espresso bars producing 4,000+ beverages daily and generating $7M in annual sales. I standardized espresso parameters and SOPs, designed training and tasting curriculum, and hosted multi-session coffee education classes for 500+ attendees over 12 months.

I also managed café operations as a Café Manager at Blue Bottle Coffee, coaching hospitality standards, training baristas, and using data analytics to optimize waste reduction and revenue performance, supported by structured training protocols and internal promotions.
