I’m a founder, entrepreneur, and innovative business leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling consumer brands from concept into multi-million-dollar operations. I co-founded a nationally recognized company at age 23 and expanded it into a multi-location business, overseeing operations, staffing, marketing, finance, and strategic growth.

As Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Rad Coffee Company, I built and scaled a coffee brand from a single concept into a four-location operation with a centralized roasting and distribution facility. I lead full business operations—financial performance, strategic planning, hiring and training, compliance, vendor management, and organizational development—while directing product innovation, brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and digital engagement across business channels.

I’ve developed operational systems that improved workflow efficiency, labor management, and customer experience, and I’ve navigated rapid growth, economic uncertainty, labor challenges, and operational restructuring while maintaining business continuity. I also established company-wide policies, compliance programs, operational procedures, and management frameworks to support a workforce of 50+ employees across multiple locations and generations.

I’m an early adopter of AI and emerging technologies, using advanced AI tools daily to improve decision-making, employee communication, workflow design, content development, and operational efficiency. I evaluate and refine AI-generated content for tone, clarity, engagement, and audience alignment—applying it to operations, marketing, financial planning, compliance, and organizational development—because I’m passionate about using technology to strengthen human communication and real-world execution.
