I’m motivated to further develop within a Service Delivery environment.

At Hyperoptic, I monitor the change lifecycle, maintain documentation, and coordinate with technical teams on telecommunications infrastructure changes. I review change requests and assess service impact and affected network assets.

At NCR Corporation, I supported US enterprise accounts in a high-volume service desk environment, where I tracked SLA adherence and served as an escalation point for field technicians.
