At Capital Engineering LLC, I managed permitting for the DC Water Clean Rivers Project, coordinating occupancy, construction, and specialty permits with agencies including FAA, DDOT, DOB, and DOEE. I maintained permit tracking and worked with reviewers to address comments and move approvals forward.
I served as Lead Permit Coordinator for the Good Luck Community — Demolition & New Construction project, directing regulatory approvals across demolition and construction phases. I also administered submissions through ProjectDox, ePlan, and Momentum and assessed construction drawings for code adherence.
For transportation and development projects, I prepared traffic control and maintenance of traffic plans and coordinated utility work. On the DDOT South Capitol Street Corridor Phase 1 — Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge project, I managed utility relocation, reviewed as-built drawings, and resolved design conflicts.
