What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Project Manager role in water and wastewater where I can use permitting, engineering analysis, and technology to deliver sustainable environmental solutions.

I manage permitting and environmental reviews for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, coordinating with Pittsburgh agencies, utilities, developers, architects, and consulting engineers. I review MS4 stormwater plans, conduct technical analysis and site investigations, and support planning, design, and construction decisions.

Previously, I supported federal, governmental, and private clients at S & B Engineers and Constructors, evaluating projects against NEPA, NPDES, CERCLA, RCRA, and other requirements. I use GIS, field data, modeling, and practical compliance strategies to develop sustainable solutions for water, landfill, and infrastructure projects.
