I've modernized global in-house legal operations at Sophos, leading legal technology strategy, AI enablement, contract operations, e-billing, workflow automation, and knowledge management. I led Microsoft 365 Copilot and SharePoint Copilot rollout for Legal, reaching approximately 98% adoption within 12 months.
I converted roughly 16,000 annual contract requests into self-service workflows using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Adobe Sign, and SharePoint, while implementing GaLexy CLM to consolidate 12–15 fragmented repositories. I also reconfigured SimpleLegal to deliver real-time visibility into $30 million in outside counsel spend and improve invoice and spend accuracy to 100%.
Earlier, I delivered CLM, e-signature, content management, e-billing, ERP, pricing, and contract-tracking initiatives at TiVo and Sun Microsystems. I enjoy taking operational problems from requirements and vendor selection through implementation, adoption, measurement, and long-term ownership.
