I've modernized global in-house legal operations at Sophos, leading legal technology, AI enablement, contract operations, e-billing, workflow automation, and knowledge management. I led Microsoft 365 Copilot and SharePoint Copilot from evaluation through production for Legal, reaching approximately 98% adoption within 12 months.

I converted roughly 16,000 annual legal requests into self-service workflows using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Adobe Sign, and SharePoint, and implemented GaLexy CLM to consolidate 12–15 fragmented repositories. I also redesigned SimpleLegal e-billing controls to improve spend allocation, invoice review, budgeting, and reporting.

My AI work extended beyond adoption into prompt refinement, agents, AI Skills, and AI-ready SharePoint practices, including governed content, structured metadata, grounding, and knowledge architecture designed to improve search, reporting, and AI response quality.

Earlier, I delivered CLM, e-signature, content management, e-billing, ERP, pricing, and contract-tracking initiatives at TiVo and Sun Microsystems. I enjoy taking operational problems from requirements and solution design through implementation, adoption, measurement, and long-term ownership.
