I’m a Legal Technology Leader with 20+ years of experience optimizing document management, financial systems, and HR platforms in high-stakes environments. I focus on strategic data governance, metadata design, and workspace optimization to reduce operational costs and improve system efficiency.

As Manager of Information Products at a major law firm, I manage iManage with over 30 million documents, ensuring performance, security, and accessibility while leading a team of direct reports. I migrated 850 users across regions to Cloud iManage, spearheaded cleanup of obsolete workspaces to improve performance and reduce storage costs, and designed metadata strategies that accelerated document search.

My work also blends automation and analytics: I delivered Power BI dashboards for leadership metrics, integrated tools like CAM Prosperoware, SeeUnity Echo, and Litera PowerDesktop to streamline migration and security, and automated data flows using SQL Server and Azure Synapse (including Synapse pipelines converting SQL tables into parquet in the cloud). Earlier, I built reporting and compliance workflows with SQL, SSIS, Excel macros, SSRS, Tableau, and supported HR/payroll systems through ADP, Epicor integrations, and system troubleshooting.
