What I'm looking for

I'm interested in building a career in networking and gaining more hands-on experience in network administration and infrastructure.

At KP & J Engineers Pvt. Ltd., I administer and support Windows systems, user endpoints, applications, and printers as part of day-to-day IT operations.

I manage IT assets, software licenses, renewals, and user access using Excel and Google Workspace. I also provide remote IT support to the U.S. team, troubleshooting user, application, system, and connectivity issues.

At Digital Track Solutions, I provided L1 technical support for Windows, networking, and application issues. I assisted with Windows Server installation, LAN troubleshooting, VPN support, and DNS and DHCP configuration.

I'm interested in building a career in networking and gaining more hands-on experience in network administration and infrastructure. My knowledge includes TCP/IP, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, routing, and switching.
