At Premera Blue Cross, I conduct approximately 240 monthly quality audits to evaluate operational accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare policies and procedures.

I analyze recurring audit trends, workflow gaps, and operational defects to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. I partner with leadership, onboarding teams, and operational stakeholders to improve workflows, refine tools, and strengthen procedural consistency.

I provide coaching and operational guidance to customer service representatives, assist with onboarding and mentoring new Quality Specialists, and present recurring performance trends to leadership. I also investigate and escalate privacy-related concerns and compliance findings when appropriate.

Previously, I supported order, credit, and return processes at Integra LifeSciences and maintained incident documentation, inspections, investigations, and staff training at the Edwards County Sheriff’s Office. Across regulated environments, I bring a process-driven approach to documentation, quality, and operational improvement.
