At Aetna, a CVS Health Company, I supervised two teams in the Site of Care Department, improving workflows and supporting daily operations. As a Senior Account Representative, I helped members find lower-cost infusion solutions and coordinated with physicians on authorizations and referrals.
Earlier, at Amerita, I coordinated 40–50 specialty infusion referrals per week and oversaw the specialty medication department for Colorado. At Fresenius Medical Care, I coordinated dialysis patient intake and reviewed records to help clinics maintain accurate information.
