At Western National Group, I manage a 62-unit apartment community, handling resident move-ins and annual recertifications, rent collection, and resident concerns. I also prepare the yearly budget and coordinate unit turnovers with vendors.
I work with the Section 8 program and the Oxnard crime fee program, and supervise one staff member. At Steadfast Management, I helped manage a 252-apartment complex, including covering for the Community Manager and overseeing a four-member staff team during vacations.
