I am a senior data analyst with deep experience turning data into product and CX impact, combining analytics, experimentation and AI to reduce churn and increase revenue. At Bestinver I partnered with an AI startup to build an LLM-powered transcript analysis tool and designed lifecycle dashboards that uncovered friction points.

Previously at Grupo MásMóvil (MasOrange) I owned end-to-end CX analytics (SQL, Python, GCP), led a predictive churn model that cut churn 50% in the treated group, and managed teams of 3–6 analysts while delivering automated reporting and exec-level recommendations.
