What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead a plant or logistics/manufacturing operation where I can own quality, cost, and delivery—driving continuous improvement, VAVE/cost avoidance, Lean execution, and strong program/supplier management to hit business targets.

I’m a Plant Manager with “19 + years of progressive experience” across manufacturing, launch, and logistics operations, focused on delivering quality, cost, and delivery results. I lead with strong program and continuous improvement disciplines, including “VAVE and Program/Project Management” and Lean methods to drive measurable performance.

Most recently, I managed a “54, 660 mts. 2 logistic warehouse,” supporting “Average Inventory Value $ 15 M USD” and “Average monthly billing $ 13.5 M,” while reducing fixed costs by “55 %” and improving warehouse performance by “11 % percentage points.” Earlier, I scaled production from “6K pcs/mo. to 13K pcs/mo.” through monthly volume/quality/cost target planning, quality controls, and reliable launch execution—while also operating in “Americas Region” capital equipment and supplier development programs with “Budget 110 MUSD.”
