Supported and developed a Technology Business Model by creating transparency to IT services and consumption. Acted as key business partner with IT Finance and IT teams to drive successful transition, governance, and processes.

Partnered with CTO and CDO, created full-scope project plan and executed according to business priorities. Organized and moderated project meetings, including steering committee with executives, and delivered all deliverables relevant to each project stage.

Managed Opex and Capex budgets for IT Solutions, collaborating with IT Directors and Managers to ensure spends stay below budget. Delivered $1M in IT opex savings through ZBB package optimization and process automation.

Successfully implemented a Capex project improvements in the office space, increasing employee engagement by 10%. Managed budgets, cost control, financial documentation, and reporting, and coordinated newcomer introduction program.

Managed opening activities for a new hotel, including calculations, budget control, and income calculation. Created HR processes, recruited staff, and developed motivation programs and training strategies.

Implemented cost-saving projects for corporate mobile communications and fuel cards. Led tendering and successfully initiated projects for corporate identity and enterprise standards.

Managed employee migration between organizations and recruited new employees for different levels. Maintained HR documents and procedures, and calculated salary and bonuses.

Provided calculations and finance support for new projects, including manufacturing details for JSC Gidroprivod. Implemented budgeting system and calculated efficiency of transport department and start-up projects.

Provided supporting work for the Head of the fuel and energy complex in Kharkiv region. Prepared articles, business letters, and performances, and supported the Finance department with pricing and calculations.
