I’m a Senior UX Designer with 7+ years designing complex, system-driven products across web/mobile. I specialise in clarifying ambiguous problem spaces, leading research, and designing end-to-end—especially with AI.

I partner cross-functionally with business and engineering to ship products used by millions globally. At Cialfo, I owned end-to-end interaction design for a multi-step onboarding and progression flow, simplifying complex user actions and driving ~160% task activation and 92% completion.

I also lead UX strategy through qualitative insights and design leadership: I led user interviews and cross-functional workshops to improve NPS (~13% for students, ~15% for counsellors), collaborated on an end-to-end MVP “AI chance scoring” (~71% views, ~70% connections), and won 1st place in an AI Hackathon. I mentor designers remotely and contribute to design system governance to improve consistency, critique quality, and team effectiveness.
