At IG Europe, I run Madrid Hub workplace operations and virtual office infrastructure while serving as strategic gatekeeper to the Europe Managing Director. I manage complex multi-time-zone agendas, stakeholder communications, local budgets, vendors, procurement, onboarding, and corporate events.

I've supported global leaders at Interbrand, Beam Suntory, SGS, Roche, Auxadi, and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, coordinating international travel, leadership meetings, off-sites, expense reporting, board meetings, and multilingual communications. During COVID-19 at SGS, I co-led the Emergency Committee and designed remote action plans that ensured zero business interruption.

I bring 20+ years of international executive administration experience across Spain, Peru, and Brazil, working fluently in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. I'm recognized for staying calm under pressure, anticipating needs, and bringing structure to complex global operations.
