What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my organizational and communication skills to deliver reliable scheduling, data management, and administrative support—helping teams run smoothly with accurate reporting, documents, and client-focused service.

I’m an Administrative Manager who delivers dependable support across scheduling, data management, and day-to-day administrative tasks. I’m recognized for leadership and operational excellence, and I focus on organized communication that keeps clients and teams moving.

In my current role at IntegTrust Accounting Firm, I monitored internal and external emails, responded to client queries promptly, and compiled required documents for On-the-Job Training needs. I prepare and monitor service engagement proposals and employee timekeeping, and I check payroll to help ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Before this, I supported billing and client documentation as a Billing Management Assistant, preparing and monitoring clients’ statements of account using SAP and Oracle, reviewing leasing agreements, and ensuring monthly billing and timely payments. Earlier, as a Telephone Operator/Receptionist at Riviera Mansion Hotel, I managed guest profiles and reservations using the Symphony Property Management system and handled check-in and check-out procedures.

I also bring teaching experience as a College Instructor at STI College Sta. Maria, where I prepared and delivered hospitality and tourism lessons, recorded grades using Excel, and served as a research adviser. I enjoy guiding people—whether through events management, laboratory exercises, or career-focused support—because strong structure and clear communication lead to better outcomes.
