I’m looking for a role where I can help people become self-reliant, using my problem-solving abilities and communication skills to support organizational growth and social development, while continuously learning and improving.

I’m an Operations Manager / Counsellor with experience managing operations and providing client counselling services, including guiding people through application and admission processes while maintaining strong client relationships.

Previously, I worked as an Application and Visa Officer, processing visa applications and documentation, guiding clients on visa procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations. With clinical practice experience through a House Job and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), I bring disciplined problem-solving, effective communication, and a can-do attitude focused on helping people become self-reliant.
