What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition into a dedicated Operations / Project Coordinator role, applying my coordination, research and process-improvement skills.

At IP Rashidov D.R., I coordinate HR operations for a 20–30-person company with a distributed international team. I developed onboarding tools, including a welcome book and adaptation roadmap, and set up a digital HR workflow in Weeek.

At Ingosstrakh — Family Office Division, I coordinated hiring and adaptation workflows across engineering, IT, back-office and operational roles. I built a centralized system for tracking business-travel employees and digital information storage, reducing approval time from about two days to several hours.

I also coordinated an HR Telegram bot / FAQ project, maintained its roadmap in Notion and helped deliver an MVP. I’m looking to transition into a dedicated Operations / Project Coordinator role, bringing experience in coordination, research and process improvement.
