marianne lara
@mariannelara
I’m an NPI Coordinator standardizing packaging and data platforms to accelerate manufacturing handoffs.
What I'm looking for
I lead New Product Introduction efforts for advanced packaging technologies, standardizing systems and terminology to streamline handoffs between design, fab, and downstream teams. I build centralized product data platforms that auto-generate Gantt charts and one-pagers, helping decision-makers act faster. I also use SQL and tracking tools to identify bottlenecks, and I reduced scout lot throughput time by 50% by simplifying readiness processes and aligning shared timelines.
Previously, I spearheaded the transfer of all high-volume EMIB products for wafer sort processes to Rio Rancho, scaling site capabilities. I developed lot strategies that cut cycle time while helping meet critical product ship dates and quality standards. Earlier, I led LVDT calibration design at Sandia National Laboratories, creating a NIST traceable system and communicating weekly progress with diagrams and prototypes, and I also worked as a Layout Artist using Adobe tools for public and scientific audiences.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Led an NPI working group for five advanced packaging technologies, standardizing systems and terminology to streamline handoffs between design, fab, and downstream stakeholders. Built a centralized product data platform to generate Gantt charts and one-pagers and used SQL/tracking to identify bottlenecks and cut scout lot throughput time by 50%.
Spearheaded the transfer of all high-volume EMIB products for wafer sort processes to Rio Rancho to scale site capabilities. Developed lot strategies that reduced cycle time to support critical ship dates and quality standards.
Designed a NIST traceable LVDT calibration system with stakeholder requirements and end-user documentation, iterating quickly through prototypes. Provided weekly progress updates using diagrams and prototypes focused on stakeholder alignment.
