At SLB, I drive hardware development programs from concept through launch, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams across the US, India, and China. I assumed technical ownership of a 100+ component, 10,000 psi-rated hardware product line.

I directed validation strategy across 50+ qualification tests, integrating DFMEA and root-cause analysis to identify risks early and support launch decisions. An international qualification trial and environmental and reliability testing supported qualification release.

When a critical product failure occurred, I led a cross-functional investigation that ruled out a design cause through targeted testing. I also implemented a quality check across the product line to catch manufacturing errors.

I reduced supplier lead times by 83% and sourcing costs by 15% across a ~$600K portfolio, while achieving up to 43% cost reduction on critical components. Component redesign, validation testing, and supplier collaboration on corrective actions eliminated $100K+ in annual operational losses; I’m also a co-inventor on one granted US patent and two published patent applications.
