What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role where I can lead user-centred content, collaborate with design and research, and improve accessibility and clarity across services.

I am a content designer and editor with extensive experience creating user-centred content for public sector and financial services. I bring empathy, plain English, and accessibility to projects, having produced letters, guidance, MyGov content, campaigns, SEO and internal comms to GDS and WCAG standards.

I collaborate with user research, policy and service design teams to plan, create and promote content that meets user needs. I have led content strategy and profile writing for GlobalScot, shaped pensions and benefits content at Hymans Robertson and Social Security Scotland, and built consistent brand voice, style guides and CMS-driven outputs.
