At Bacardi, I build data and digital solutions that make Continuous Improvement work more visible and actionable. As the plant's Data Analytics SME, I've developed Power Apps tools for initiative reporting, warehouse rum-barrel inventory, and a global Manufacturing Excellence Certification Program.

I've also supported Bacardi's manufacturing operations as a Student COOP, implementing Tier Management systems, digitalizing fermentation logbooks, and supporting Training Management System compliance. My work includes waste analysis, labor capacity analysis, pilot testing, user validation, and process improvement training.

My industrial engineering capstone analyzed the operational impact of doubling parcel volume, identifying bottlenecks and data-driven improvements with an estimated $4M in annual potential revenue.

Before engineering, I led store operations at ALDO Group, managing sales performance, inventory, KPIs, merchandising, and customer experience. I'm motivated by customer-facing engineering work where I can connect business needs with practical technical solutions.
