At LUMA Energy, I designed Power BI dashboards to monitor crew productivity and developed Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including an OMS backlog app and a dielectric glove tracker.
During Hurricane Fiona’s emergency response, I served as Section Controller of Logistics and designed a FEMA-compliant materials request app. Its workflow supported request review and approval, while a companion Power BI dashboard gave command staff visibility into order completion.
For the OMS backlog app, I developed a workflow to close resolved events or route unresolved ones for field review. The accompanying dashboard tracked progress, and results showed that 49% of contacted customers had already-resolved issues.
Earlier, at Hospital HIMA San Pablo, I developed and maintained a Physicians Credentials application in C# with Entity Framework and SQL Server. I also built a Python model to predict electrical outage duration using synthetic data.
