I’m an Operations and team leadership professional with experience in high-volume logistics environments, focused on workforce coordination, performance management, and frontline leadership. At Amazon’s MCO9 Sort Center in Davenport, FL, I’ve worked as a Process Assistant / Learning Ambassador (November 2024–present), supporting daily operations and ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met during peak demand.

My shift leadership strengths include leading teams, supervising associates, training new hires, onboarding, and reinforcing SOP compliance. I track productivity and performance using computer-based tools, dashboards, and reporting tools, while handling operational pressure with accountability and clear communication—assigning tasks, coordinating labor, managing radio communication, and resolving workflow issues to prevent delays.
