I’m a motivated, team-oriented warehouse professional with a strong focus on streamlining shipping and receiving processes to increase overall efficiency. My main drive is constantly improving functions for the entire company while keeping work aligned with safety and productivity goals.

As a Target Flow Center Lead Warehouse Worker (April 2022–June 2026), I assist OM with departmental leading and supervision, coordinate staffing moves, and monitor performance. I partner with support partners to root cause problems in my department and maintain continuous freight flow with connections upstream.

I train and lead certification classes for Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor, help onboard and train team members, and developed quality metric improvements for the department. I also support projects like FIFO staging to improve handoff performance.

Before that, I worked as a Warehouse Associate and backed up training responsibilities, partnering on defect problem-solving, accurate order sorting, and efficient packing to meet requested ship dates. I also supported emergency response efforts and maintained strong adherence to safety rules, policies, and good housekeeping in fast-paced fulfillment environments.
