I've spent eight years creating thoughtful guest experiences in demanding hospitality settings, from Mugaritz in San Sebastián to the Seafire Resort in the Cayman Islands. I make people feel welcome, solve problems calmly, and ensure every interaction leaves them better than when they arrived.

As Co-Founder of Host Coffee Then Wine in Madrid, I built the business from scratch, leading concept development, permits, fit-out, supplier contracts, launch, P&L management, and the full product offering. I also own client acquisition and retention, customer relations, inventory, cost control, and day-to-day operational decisions.

I've recruited, hired, onboarded, scheduled, and led teams, handling performance conversations and conflict resolution while setting clear standards. My experience at Berria Wine Bar, Restaurante Rekondo, and Mugaritz strengthened my ability to guide international guests, explain complex concepts simply, and deliver high-touch service under pressure.

I'm now moving deliberately into remote customer success and guest experience work, bringing bilingual Spanish-English communication, hospitality operations, and genuine client care to a structured remote team.
