I work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define workflows, while overseeing Coupa configuration, user roles, and approval chains.
At Farfetch, I led procurement process improvements and digital tool implementations as Procurement Supervisor and Coupa Administrator. I also designed electronic invoicing solutions with the AP team and supported S2P integration.
Earlier at Farfetch, I developed Power BI dashboards and analyzed procurement data to inform decisions. My experience also includes managing ERP integrations at Jumia and process documentation improvements at Western Union Business Solutions.
