At UNOPS, I deliver transactional and strategic procurement for emergency and development operations, developing sourcing strategies and managing solicitation cycles through UNOPS e-sourcing systems and UNGM.
Previously, as a Procurement Consultant at FAO, I earned an increase in my delegated procurement threshold from USD 100K to USD 200K within 12 months. I also streamlined workflows for fully remote operations during COVID-19 and expanded the registered supplier database through market research and outreach.
At the World Bank Group, PMU at MEHE Lebanon, I managed a procurement portfolio exceeding USD 32 million for World Bank–financed education projects. My work included procurement plans, solicitation documents, evaluations, and contracts under World Bank Procurement Regulations.
Across my work with UNOPS, FAO, the World Bank, and international NGOs, I’ve focused on compliant procurement in humanitarian, development, and emergency contexts. I hold an MBA in International Business Administration and CIPS Level 3 training, and speak Arabic, English, French, and Portuguese.
