At VinnCorp, I manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including hiring for international clients across the US, UAE, Canada, Australia, India, and Pakistan. My work includes sourcing, interviews, candidate verification, and onboarding.
I also support employer branding through campaigns, social media posts, and website and LinkedIn content, collaborating with Marketing and Design. I manage Glassdoor and track brand performance.
Alongside recruitment and branding, I facilitate employee engagement and learning programs, contribute to organizational policies, and conduct psychological assessments. I also wrote “Selldiers” for VinnCorp’s Co-founder.
