What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-focused assistant or team-lead role where I can run HR/talent acquisition, support customer service, and improve sales retention with my database and automation skills.

I’m an experienced and self-motivated Assistant Manager with five and a half years of industry experience overseeing human resources, talent acquisition, sales, documentation management, and customer support. I started in HR at Euro School of Tennis and advanced to Assistant Manager, handling recruiting workflows, employee documentation audits, and day-to-day support for employees and managers. I’m known for being able to quickly learn and navigate any computer software program or office filing system.

I also bring leadership and operational improvement from my time as a Team Lead, where I mentored up to 8 team members, improved efficiency by reducing manual tasks, and helped increase lead generation using a customer database. Earlier, I built my technical foundation as a Database Administrator—debugging, automating repeatable processes, testing for input validation and security, and training end users—along with an AI capstone and an IEEE publication on fog-based cloud security.
