Mariem Essefi

I am a business administration graduate with hands-on experience in business consulting, monetary stability analysis, and capital markets gained through internships at EY Tunisia, the Central Bank of Tunis, and the Tunis Stock Exchange. I combine econometric and forecasting techniques with practical process mapping to support digital transformation and strategic decision-making.

At EY I mapped end-to-end processes, designed BPMN workflows, drafted user stories for a digital government platform, and performed market sizing and qualitative market analysis for Sub-Saharan African countries. At the Central Bank I supported foreign exchange reserve management and applied ARIMA forecasting models; at the Tunis Stock Exchange I rotated across departments, presented on IFRS integration challenges, and observed live trading and auction sessions.

I bring strong technical skills in R, Python and SQL, advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, and a methodical, solution-oriented approach to process design, information systems management, and data analysis. I am motivated to learn from industry professionals and contribute to digital-first service improvements and data-driven initiatives.
