At Calico Callers, I co-lead an outsourcing agency providing lead follow-up teams to real estate investors and service businesses. I run daily scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality checks, and built training and accountability systems to keep service quality consistent.
At RESIDI, I managed a pipeline of property-seller leads and negotiated terms to move deals forward. My experience also includes guiding prospective students through enrollment, verifying patient coverage, and creating the “Secondhand” brand identity as my Graphic Design graduation project.
