What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can lead cross-functional delivery, improve marketing workflows, translate needs into clear execution, and support strong team operations.

At Ryze Agency, I own day-to-day delivery for a 13-account digital marketing portfolio, managing multiple campaign cycles while aligning approvals, priorities, and deadlines.

I lead teams across design, copywriting, and web development from requirements gathering through final delivery. I translate client feedback into clear briefs, action items, and accountable next steps, while planning lifecycle, retention, promotional, and educational campaigns.

I also write email assets, coordinate landing pages and website updates, and manage workflows in Asana and Basecamp. My background includes recruiting, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee records support.

Previously, I managed product development and quality assurance for a 25-employee personal-care company and recruited for four call-center client accounts. I bring experience across client service, marketing operations, product delivery, quality control, and people operations.
