I am a Timorese community development and education professional with practical experience in project implementation, community mobilization, and monitoring & evaluation across humanitarian and development contexts. I have worked with organizations including the International Organization for Migration and the Market Development Facility, delivering field-level support and community engagement.

My background includes roles as a Project Field Assistant & Community Mobilization Focal Point, Monitoring & Evaluation Intern, academic teaching intern, and volunteer English teacher, where I strengthened data collection, analysis, and stakeholder coordination skills. I regularly use Kobo Toolbox, Microsoft Office, Canva, and data-cleaning tools to support program reporting and outreach.

I bring strong communication, organization, time-management, and document-management abilities, and I seek opportunities to apply my project management and M&E skills to programs that prioritize community empowerment, measurable impact, and collaborative team work.
