At Aberturas Montajes ALSA, I coordinated installations across 20 simultaneous construction sites and handled post-sale follow-up. I developed a Google Apps Script and Google Sheets system that digitized workflows across eight departments and eliminated manual tracking.
I led a five-person team and coordinated materials logistics with a network of 10 installers and suppliers. While the General Management team was on leave, I sustained the area’s operations, made operational decisions, and resolved construction-site issues.
At MAP Administración, I managed day-to-day operations for 20 building associations, covering more than 1,000 units. I coordinated suppliers and trades, monitored construction and maintenance, and handled invoicing and bank reconciliations.
I also automated management and KPI reports using Excel, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP. Earlier, I managed purchasing, stock, and store operations in retail, and worked in inventory and supply at Arcoprime Ltda., where I coordinated suppliers and trained the team in inventory control.
