At CONICET, I designed and implemented an Excel purchasing and inventory system with more than 10 linked modules, centralizing tracking for over 150 laboratory supplies and reagents.
I coordinate supply purchasing for research projects, working with suppliers on quote requests and comparisons. I also prepare spending reports by project, supplier, and period to support the scientific team’s decisions.
At FECOOTRA, I managed technical and accounting documentation for a construction training program with more than five simultaneous worksites. I coordinated suppliers and supported the technical team with progress reports and staff information.
Through my own community management venture, I handled customer inquiries, orders, payments, and content calendars. Earlier, as a Laboratory Technician Intern at INTI CITEC, I maintained technical records and supply stock and contributed to quality control under established protocols.
